Why is there a slight odor when using the device for the first time?
A slight odor during initial use is normal and caused by the heating elements. It will disappear after a few uses.
How can I make curls tighter and longer-lasting?
Results vary by hair type. After you hear four consecutive beeps, hold the hair inside the chamber for an extra 3–4 seconds for a tighter, longer‑lasting curls. Applying hairspray after styling also helps curls hold longer.
Why doesn’t the device turn on when I press the Power button?
Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds until you hear a beep.
Can this curling iron be used on short hair?
This device is designed for hair lengths between 12 and 26 inches (approximately 30–66 cm). It is not recommended for hair shorter than 12 inches.
Why don’t my curls look like the ones in the video?
