Product description
Will the handle fly off or the cable slip out during intense workouts like double unders?
No. Our advanced self-locking mechanism uses an internal “bite” to grip the cable securely. It stays locked even during high-speed CrossFit or double unders. Just ensure it’s fully inserted.
I am 6’2″. Is this rope long enough for me, and is it hard to adjust?
Yes! The 9.8ft cable fits users up to 6’6″. Our tool-free design lets you adjust length in seconds—just press the head, slide the cable, and release to lock. No cutters or screws needed.
Is this jump rope suitable for women? Will it feel heavy?
Not heavy at all! In fact, this lightweight rope is perfect for women, kids, and anyone rebuilding muscle strength. Additionally, its bearing system ensures ultra-smooth rotation for advanced boxing cardio moves like double unders & speed skipping.
Can I use this speed rope on a concrete driveway or asphalt?
While durable, rough concrete acts like sandpaper and wears down the coating. For maximum lifespan and performance, we recommend using a mat or jumping on gym floors, wood, or rubber surfaces.
Is this rope suitable for beginners learning double unders?
Yes! Designed for mastering double unders, the 360° ball bearing system ensures a smooth, drag-free spin. It helps beginners rotate faster with less effort and provides precise rhythm feedback.
